Cuddle Bugs: 6 weeks through 2 1/2 Years
The infant program provides your child with a safe, nurturing and loving environment complete with sensory stimulation through music, story time, creative art, free play and tummy time.
As infants grow into toddlers, they are busy learning new things about themselves and the world around them. In addition to introducing your toddler to plenty of songs, books, and art projects, our teachers follow your child’s lead, responding to their interests in stories, songs, and play to help them grow and learn with confidence. Positive Attitudes Working toddler program encompasses all developmental areas, providing your child with daily activities that specifically focus on developing cognitive, physical, social, language and self-help skills.
Busy Bees: 2 1/2 to 3 Years
The daily schedule includes large and small group interaction which helps the children learn to cooperate, listen, and share. Self-cognitive growth and creativity, as well as, emotional and social development, and outdoor activities which help develop large and small motor skills. 2 1/2-3 years old program also includes Spanish, music, art, gym, reading, and introduction to all academic topics in the preschool program
Goal Setters: 4-6 Years
The preschool program primarily deals with the cognitive, physical, and social development of the preschool child. These activities are usually short, but structured in order to introduce a new concept and reinforce concepts already learned by children in their daily lives. The teachers work at developing attention span, socialization, attention to directions, colors, shapes, gross and fine motor skills, structured play, free play, sequencing, backyard science, listening skills, critical thinking, communication, self expression, numbers and alphabet.
The children are 4-6 years old. The preschool program includes Spanish, art, music, gym, and library classes.
Each program will have educational field trips and activity-packed family oriented events such as special breakfast, teas, talking to children about holiday celebration and/or reading to the class on special occasions. Let the fun begin!
Taylor-Made After-school Program 6-12 Years-Your school age child will love this Positive Attitudes Working school-age program designed to reinforce a safe and constructive environment. Activities include art, music and sports at the park. Children will also have time for study hall and neighborhood field trips.
